• iQ 4 Classroom Operating System

Powered by SMART iQ 4, the MX Series provides built-in classroom applications and tools without requiring an external computer for everyday teaching activities. The latest MX Series also supports Android 15 through its update path and is Google EDLA licensed, providing access to Google services and applications.

• Advanced Multi-Touch Technology

SMART HyPr Touch with Advanced IR technology provides responsive interaction with support for simultaneous tool differentiation and Object Awareness. Depending on the operating system, the display supports up to 40 touch points on the standard MX V5 specifications.

• Interactive Teaching Tools

Teachers can use built-in SMART tools including graphic organizers, interactive backgrounds, measurement tools, counters, fraction tiles, letter blocks, and other digital manipulatives to create more interactive lessons across different subjects.

• Wireless Screen Sharing & Device Connectivity

The MX Series supports wireless collaboration and multiple input sources, allowing teachers to bring content from computers and other classroom devices onto the interactive display. Features such as split screen, picture-in-picture, annotation, and content sharing support flexible lesson delivery.

• Integrated Audio & Microphones

The display includes integrated speakers and a six-microphone array with acoustic echo cancellation, providing built-in audio capabilities for lessons, multimedia content, and hybrid teaching environments. The 65”, 75”, and 86” models feature two 20 W speakers, while the 55” model uses two 15 W speakers.

• Multi-User Sign-In & Personalized Experience

The iQ platform supports personalized user access, including NFC sign-in and SMART Account access, allowing teachers to access their preferred settings, files, and classroom resources.

• Long-Term Software Support

SMART provides regular over-the-air Android updates, feature updates, and security updates, helping the display remain current throughout its lifecycle.
